What is ventresca?
Ventresca is the tenderest and most delicate part of the Albacore tuna. It is a triangular-shaped area located on the underside of the fish, near the head.
This part is distinguished by its characteristic flavor, with a much finer and more delicate taste than the rest of the fish, making it an exquisite delicacy.
At Conservas Ortiz, we only use fillets that don’t break. These are hand-packed in olive oil and sterilized.
We prepare it by hand, with great care and attention, to offer a product of exceptional quality.
