We select the finest fish, caught using traditional fishing methods, and place them individually in the can to ensure the correct size for each piece. This allows us to guarantee the smallest size, ensuring tenderness, firmness, and quality through this artisanal production method.
Once selected and canned, we give it a unique heat treatment that helps preserve
the product’s properties. Furthermore, thanks to this new format, you can open the can much more easily (easy peel).
